The BG fits really well with the sprite, but the effects around him are a bit over powering. I think the light at the very bottom of the sig came with the spirite itself? If so you should try to change the color of it to go with the sig. The blue outline sticks out so much. Otherwise it's not bad.. just needs a few improvements to be good.
