I have Windows Movie Maker and it's a piece of junk <_< I was wondering if there was a free program that is similar to it... but better... I can't the videos to upload anywhere... this is so frustrating! Please help! Thank you ahead of time!
I hate to say it but Windows Movie Maker is actually a very decent free NLE. It does most things that a n0vice video editor would use like control audio leads, overlay music, video transitions, minor video effects and can capture video directly from a camera. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to upload the video, what are you rendering the video as?
Windows Movie Maker is like the greatest free program. have you used windows updates to update your movie maker? It should upload for ya where you uploading it at and what format you save to?
You could use Avid DV: http://www.avid.com/products/freedv/index.asp But now there are sites that allow you to edit videos in your browser like JumpCut.com!
