    There's a line going through her head.

    No real area to "focus".

    Nice colours but could use some contrast.

    Try adding a vignette to draw attention to the center.

    Needs a bit more depth, and as Neuron said, needs a bit more of a focal point.

    Too much going on and all over the place. Needs a flow and more depth.
