Im sure everyone noticed the lack of depth in the sigs I came here with, I have been reading tuts and getting the basic idea what im doing wrong.
This is the 3rd I have done as testers, the other 2 just didnt look right in the end...
So far everyone I have shown this to has liked it, a few have suggested a border, and maybe to clear the text up a bit. So any suggestions would be appreciated.

Either the render is too bright, or take off the glow you added to it. It's not bad considering your new, but I suggest trying to use real life stocks/renders because dull colors seem easier to work with, and anime renders have bright colors.

Think i added one layer set to lighten, its probably why. Although the stock was already quite bright.
I prefer anime compared to real life images, as I find people harder to blend.

    Thanks for suggestion and comment.

Im trying to get better, my current sig is what i have been doing for a while, how did someone else put it..uh "It looks like you just pasted it over a bg you made" ya that about sums it up, I didnt know anything about blending at the time.

My suggestion is just change the brightness and contrast a bit. (i might be the biggest noob here but at least try it :\)

Will mess with contrast ratio. Tried sharpening and it made it look terrible... I agree on sharping a sig sometimes, but other times it may not be applicable.

make 2 copys of the render and use a soft eraser to blend in the bottom one a bit and put the other copy of the render on top of it.

Ok, set top render to overlay?

These are all good ideas ^_^
