    Hey all,

I'm looking at buying a Doctor's Note PSD. These sort of things aren't incredibly difficult to make, but I haven't used Photoshop in forever (about two years) and I don't really have time to relearn yet, so I need some help out here.

It must be very believable and realistic. I currently have 60 credits on this account and am willing to give them all up for this request - otherwise I'm sure we can work something out. A preview would be nice, so I am not scammed out of my credits.

In any case, thanks for you assistance. Feel free to ask questions.

    Guy

This is hilarious, I'll donate 100 creds to the cause if someone can come up with something for him. :)
