    The effects are nice. The text and the border take away from it IMO. Good blending, I like this one alot.

    Should I change the border, or just remove it overall.

    Well if the text is there by request, maybe try a clipping mask, or something, look up some text tutorials. Also just get rid of the border altogether.

    Even newer, changed the dark blue part, didnt really go too well with the rest.
