not bad for a start

 

too many "yalls"
other than that good start
unless its the style ur going for try and keep the render
relatively clean and not affected by ur fx or brushes
i would try and play around with some gradients and photo
filters on this to improve the color
keep it up and try some tuts!

 

plain underneath the render//chops into it on left
and those lines/c4d w/e are out of place
