First tag in the better part of a year.
I guess somewhat of a decent start, but photoshop seemed a bit awkward after using a 3d program in class for the past couple months.

Not bad, decent effects, but could have more interesting compo.

colored has too many colors
b/w doesnt appeal to me 2 much
try color balance ontop of the colored one
