You can be sent to jail pre-16, numerous children have been sent to jail on attempted murder and murder charges (generally via them trying to figure out what a gun does) that still nets them time in jail for a substantial amount of years being more than half of anyones age here on the forum. After 16, it depends on the severity. You guys keep claiming your all adults, your gonna be treated as such in all forms of the word, not just for 'making up my own mind' and shit like your defense is. As he said, if you get into a fight, you push someone, they don't get hurt and aren't going to make a big deal out of it do you expect cops to fill out multiple pages about that, then show up in court, etc.? I don't think so. Now, punch someone and their tooth gets knocked out, or they broke a nose, or you fractured an eye socket or something, THEN if the cops get called and yoru still around you'll be prosecuted.
I wanna make this VERY clear. Most schools in the states are not like that. Believe it or not, people here have respect for others, something the girl in the video obviously doesn't have.
