The police WILL put you in jail, even for a simple push, it has been done a million times before, and it will keep on happening. Second of all, your school likely didn't press charges, nor the party involved, or you would be in jail, rather than suspended or expelled. You will always have court if its reported, but that doesn't necessarily mean they are pressing charges (it generally results in a fine for however much money from the court even without any charges being pressed, just to show you were in court for this reason, etc.). I understand why you think im lying about my age, driving a car and under 18, while you need to be 18 to legally drive, and 16 to get a permit. In NY if they see you driving by yourself without anyone with a valid lisence, they dont impound the car, then put you to jail. Ive been pulled over onces so far, he was telling me how its too much work and dont do it again and he just gave me a ticket.. anyway i did get into 2 fights in public where cops have came. No i did not go to jail, and he told me this himself, no one was hurt and it was nothing serious. You said they will put you to jail for any kind of a fight, I got punched and i punched him, thats it. someone called the cops and they came took some things, talked to us and thats it. so dont go around telling everyone OH i was arrested i should know because obiously you dont.
