what did the spoiled brat do? they were on their way home, and she demended to get out of the bus. the bus driver touched her, took her phone. thats 2 illigal things already. You really have no clue how the court system works do you? 1 - You CAN be sent to prison being underage, I myself have been for 30 days for assault, assault with a deadly weapon, and assaulting a police officer prior to my 18th birthday. 2 - In order to qualify for self-defense they have to have the intent to harm, and MULTIPLE hits on you, to get away with something such as murder, they have to have displayed a vivid attempt to kill you, or have the intent. 3 - Your not a hard ass, shut the **** up and stop playing around with your internet anonymity, you are an underaged, wannabe punk posting attempting to impress children on a graphics forum. 4 - By law, she can keep you there, especially if its a matter regarding the police, and if its a matter of your safety.
