What are your thoughts on the phantom organization Anonymous? I know, it's like fight club. "First rule of Anonymous, don't talk about Anonymous" but whatever. I think it warrants discussion. As far as I can tell, Anonymous is the cruel entity that emerged as a result of the combined callousness of the guys over at /b/. They got so negative, they decided to start an "organization" about it. You get in Anon just by having the /b/ mindset and projecting it onto an online persona.

I get the impression that it's less of an organization and more of a movement, a sort of acknowledgment and glorification of the less positive characteristics of humanity.

then they attack scientology? where does that come from?

I find this sort of thing fascinating. Discuss.

Learn your facts first. I would say more, but frankly its not worth my time.

Stop believing everything the news tells you, as more than likely its innaccurate and biased.

    /b/ is awesome.

Bomb threats and all that, well I would say it would have been out of hand with the whole war on scientology. But seriously, it is for a good cause, as my friends cousin commited suicide a few years ago after converting. They took her off of her medications and pretty much left her bankrupt.

if you mean the repeated use of a yellow van which exploded in jokes...

what's to say the van wasn't from a movie?
and what's to say that the jokes are more than just jokes.
