So my comp is telling me I have "no mixer device available", meaning I dont have any sound.. I don't get that sound icon on the task bar, nor does the Volume Control thing in the Control Panel work. I've tried doing this: Go to Start --> Run, and type in services.msc. A window will pop up with a list of services. Scroll down to Windows Audio. Right-click and click on Properties. Make sure that "Startup type" is set to automatic. Also, make sure, under "Service status," start is selected. without any luck... Anyone knows whats up? I seriously want sound.
