    they aren't bad but it seems like as a final step you always plaster it with a heavy gradiant map.
    try to get a bit more color out of the whole piece.. unless the theme for sotw is "RED".
    the effects are nice but try to use more colors! :)

    I like the different levels and strengths on the certain color you use in each sig. Yea they are kinda color shy but they have there complexities. However they are all alike somewhat. You seem to use the same techniques in almost every sig. Change it up sometimes. Add stronger and more colors, don't make them bland and hidden. Anyways I like #1 the best.

    and try to do something other than just brushing
