Nice effort. Hit up the tutorials section. Plenty of great guides on how to make tags. A little while after following these things and you'll be pumping great work in now time.

Colors are really messed up. I can see your kinda a newbie so I'll go easy. The text is pretty bad as well. Try adding some effects, just looks like a space stock with some coloring changes. Read some tutorials on basically everything.
