Text at the top left is illegible, meaning I can't make out what it says. I think you had a nice concept going, but maybe you should read some tutorials, then build off from there. P.S I use Gimp too
if you have a chance,try to get your hands on photoshop.gimp is really limited when it comes to making high quality work,and its hard to rate something with so little to go by.what i can say is this: its a start. take your time,work with what you have until you can get better,study the tuts in your spare time,and dont give up ^_^
Flux, that is totally untrue. In order to get high quality work, requires experience. Experience isn't given through using a more expensive program. I know plenty of GIMPers who easily have high quality work.
i don't think he meant that its impossible to make something high quality with gimp. just that its a lot easier when using photoshop.
I dont mean its not possible,cuz ive used gimp in the past.but it is easier to use photoshop,IMO, than gimp because of all the additional settings and things that come with it.i know some great gimpers too;its not an issue of the skill level.so if i offended you,my apologies,just stating my opinion and limited insight...... :tongue:
