    3 three is over contrasted, and number 1 looks dull

    The first one, because, the other two are over-saturated, and not in a good way...

    I would have to say number 1, here is why: Although its dull I think that both 2 and 3 are too contrasted. Since it is a nature photo I always like to see a more natural look but if you do think it may need a little tweak try to use a traditional black and white gradient map on a different blending mode and lower the opacity so its not so overpowering.
