    its made in flash

I dont think you will find a tutorial on how to make the specific layout. But you will be able to find a tutorial on each separate thing imo.

This is what you need to know and find

    Preloader Tutorial
    Making a flash intro
    Motion Tweening
    Using Buttons to load images
    Button Effects

I dont think I left out anything, if your are referring to his artwork/photograph then all I gotta say is practice

Oh.. sorry... I dont mean the layout of the page. What I means is the picture. All the picture in that page is from a real life picture. How to make that kind of picture effect. :)

Digital painting, maybe some of the stuff was made with a 3D app but mostly digi painting IMO.

Kinda reminds me of this guys stuff:
    http://www.bertmonroy.com/fineart/text/fineart1.htm

^All made from scratch in Photoshop and the layout of things in Illustrator.

the ones with chris brown with the tiger and lotus elise are AMAZING!!!
i would say they are digi-painting which are incredibly hard to do and you need to be quite skilled at art to do it

you can get close through taking an image, duplicating it to another layer applying poseterize, then on that layer play with opacity a bit. then duplicate that whole image to anotehr layer and blur it then layer mask to clean up the edges. then air bush it lighter or darker as necessary.
