I know i need some major help with text, any tut recomendations? What do you guys think of the rest

 

sharpen some areas
loose taht gay border imo

 

put the focal on the top
move text over to the left some
do more effects
take of the whitish effect kinda ruins it

needs more work done like more depth

I would take away that white cloud, so there is more depth in colour, not just a sea of white/gray, and a curves layer always does depth for me, also I really like the yellow/red curve/line but i feel as if it ends too quickly, maybe just try and ease the ending in, and im not too sure the text fits, still better than anything i can do, I realllly love taht yellow/red line.

To me it looks a little bit fuzzy. And I don't really like how you have the border.
