Very correct you are sir, it's based of a manga series like as you said is called Ringu. Meh, Ring 2 wasn't too scary to say the least, but i'll stick with Ju-Oh.
i used to hate horror movies..freaked me out...but now i laugh when i see em! i havnt seen one..stil gotta see it...want to watch this one. i hae question....WHY IT THE GIRL CRIPPLED?!?! shes like freakin crawlin just like the girl in the grudge! R they all friggin retarted? lmao
That was a bad movie. For 1. it wasn't scary(well really this movie is a mystery not a horror). Also I didn't get any answers. Why is samara afraid of water, and why did she want her mom to kill her. Really there has to be a Ring 3, but i'm just going to go out and read that manga.
I saw it it was ok. BUT. There was a ----load of asshole teenagers who came in and talked through the entire movie. that made it suck. It was freaky when she looked in the body bag and samara grabbed her. ^_^
Who would want to see the ring 2? All it is is some strange deformed girl attacking some random family.... I seen the first one and it wasnt so great
