Well I may as well jump in the water, either I will sink or swim. I am completely new to Photoshop, never used any graphic programmes unless you count AutoCad on a BBC back in the 80's lol, well as the title says my current Sig, now I put this together before joining here the Render I did not cut but I did cut it down abit, there should be 2 CS guys and not one. I got it from some game render site.... If I find out where I will add the detail later. So back to sink or swim, well somewhere I lost my imagination I think it had to do with becoming an adult. Any tips or as you say C&C. Its all appreciated.
If you have no experience with Photoshop, and this is you outcome... It's pretty good! A good concept, but maybe put some more detail to the guy, and maybe make it smaler. But still it's a nice concept.
Thanks, the whole sizing thing is a bit of a problem and this working in layers geez I can see the programmed grayed hair lol. What do you mean by more detail to the guy? Thanks for you feed back.
Well I'm not one to comment cuz im not so good, but If I were you I would take those lines that go over him, and I would try and learn how to smudge the render a bit, and maybe try and make some part's blend in more, there's lots of tuts here on smudging, I would really recommend going to check those out, otherwise for a first thats pretty good, this was my first. So you're definetly getting a better start than me , You'll get there, best thing to do is fool around in photoshop, and look at some tuts, then you can take things you learned and incorporate them into your sigs.
Hopefully this will point you in the right direction or help you get at least a little bit of a bearing on what your doing in Photoshop. Click here
Well, I swear, people these days are Pros when they start, compared to MY first sig... an inverted windows XP background xD But yeah..great for a very first and having no experience But I would think of myself as a pretty good Sig maker Now... And the trick to that was.. EXPERIMENT! ;D I still experiment all the time.. My 2 currents were from experimenting. Obviously, you have to get to know Photoshop, so also read some tutorials
@ Eddie; Try to smooth the edges or something, or just make clolours flow a bit. still it's a nice start.
