If the demand was higher, a seciton could be opened, so far your the first one to suggest this, and the first person I know whom really does flash to that extent shown in your image. As for a moderator position, you have 2 posts outside spam, etc. with no rep, and you registered yesterday. I am not sure if you noticed, but all of our staff are active, well known, generally respected, long term members of the site... I think you have another year or so to go before you'll actually be even remotely considered for a staff position.
I used to use this program and to the best of my knowledge, is not a highly used program anymore. Flash on the other hand is as we all know. If the Admins were to create a Flash section then I, personally, would be all for it. However, I don't see the stick pivot program section going down that well... Just my little bit of input. ^_^
I've been using flash for a few years now, done some basic animations, short films and the like for college projects. Yet I still don't see any reason for this to be implemented, the vast community don't use flash and if they do it's once every few months to create something for fun, nothing more. As for your moderator proposal...well, I think Dem handled that. Closed.
