if this were done in real life, that'd be known as an estimate. if you went to a chemistry class and asked the professor how a quote on how much chemistry books costs chances are you'd not get as good of a result as going to the book store. many of the people who would potentially do such services do not post in the tech section, most of us just(the regulars atleast) rave and obsess over hardware a few games here and there and don't delve into such relms. chances are if you post in the offers/requests section and make yourself clear you'll be able to get a good quote and will have a guy or two lined up if you do decide to get it.
