    I agree w/ Pulse. Everything besides the women have a lot of detail and the simple vector makes the difference in detail really stand out. Nice job though, looks good.

    V1 is the best of the two. V2 appears like a simple Cutout Filter from the PS Filter Gallery. However you made it, the first one has more appeal and "mystery" and looks the better of the two. It looks more uncommon/rare and has that classic traditional Photoshop artistry to it, when compared to the other version.
