It's not finished and I think it won't be finished until I find out whats wrong with my photoshop.

The filters and stuff I do is taking a long time to take effect on the canvas.
I increased the amount of ram it uses to about 90% and I tried restarting my computer twice.

 

Sorry for late reply. Hm, sounds like you'll need to re-install. Don't know any other solution. :/

 

I got it back slightly working, I think I need to delete some of my files because I have very little space on my hdd.

 

yea sumtins wrong
its like low quality

 

Oh thats just cause its smudging and some weird sharpening I couldn't fix because photoshop started freezing up.
