exactly. i think he would be a great president; it just helps that he has a distinct demographic going for him.

Experience has little to do with having the necessary ideals to lead a country, or a group of people. For example, look at Arnold. No prior legal history, one of the best legal figures California has had in recent years.

But some of the people who will vote for him will not even know what he stands for, they will just vote for him because he is black.
He wants to take the troops out of the middle east, which I think is a very stupid idea.
I don't think its fair that some troops were sent there without wanting to, but they must be there.

Heard a kid talking about Obama yesterday, said "anyone who doesn't vote for Obama must enjoy being poor" and then proceeded to question how Obama didn't win the primary in West Virginia (despite the fact it was a Republican delegational primary). The kid was African-American. My point? People who are uneducated about the political race or candidates oftentimes vote baced on race, looks, popularity, etc. I fully expect all African-Americans that know nothing about the presidential candidacy to vote for him solely because he's a "brotha".

Well, if Obama's as good as dead, and Clinton wants microchips in people's heads for whatever advertising reason, then all that's left is the Republican party?

McCain's not even eligible by technicality for Presidency, Ron Paul is the biggest idiotic extremist I've ever seen, and, well, John Stewart made Huckabee.

    That's it, I'm Swiss.

obama wont be killed if he's elected. even if someone does try, historical odds are good that it wont work. people tried to kill reagan, that didnt work. hell, people tried to kill hitler...with a bomb...and that didnt work.

In all honesty, I haven't paid much attention to Obama. He might have a great chance in being elected, sure, and honestly I hate all the other candidates on both parties; Obama seems neutral when it comes to my opinion of love and hate. Nobody can really know if he will be a great President until he's in office to begin with, anyways.

It's just a waiting game, honestly. I'm registering Independent.

Not a great argument but whatever. lol

Despite what people say, I don't think either of the two should win. Why? Because I havn't heard a good economic plan come out of their mouths yet. The best economic plan I've heard was from Senetor Paul from the Republican party. And to be honest, that's what this country needs most. We're in a deficity amounting in the trillions and still rising. Also, social security, it's going under and yet again, I havn't heard anything from either of the two about fixing it. We're paying social security taxes yet by the time our generation is elegible for it, it can't be provided to us because there's no money left for them to give to help people.

Points like these would win my vote for the democrats. But so far, they aren't getting crap from me.
