My new tag, I'm trying to find my style and I'm starting to venture out of the tuts a little bit... but this is what I got:

Ok I saved it as a .png also, I don't see anything wrong with the quality of the .jpg, but maybe that's because the picture is on my hard drive. If not then the effects just suck I guess

 

You should use the sharpen filter more, looks a little lq imo.

 

Well all I really sharpened was the hand and I think about 25-50% on the body. I was trying to create depth :/

 

Too low quality and messy. You should save them as .png. Much higher quality.
