imo, you desperately need to sharpen. apply the image and do a filter>sharpen>sharpen and erase some stuff on the sides kinda randomly and this will look really tight just a bit too blurry right now ^_-

 

Yeah I should have sharpened Sasuke a little more, I guess the adjustment layers took away some of his sharpness. I really like this tag though, so I'll fix that sometime today.

Not bad, but somehow he still seems a bit LQ.
I agree that the right side needs a bit more Smudging as well. ^_^
Light might be a tad too bright as well.

Yeah, I don't know how he turned out low quality. The stock was fine after I resized it.

 

I really like the bg but the stock seems like its draw on a piece of paper
