looks nice, id tone down the bg a little and bring out the main focal and blur the "other parts" a bit

 

Bluring the breast would ruin the signature in my opinon. Because, I wanted them there.

I'd recommend you do a tutorial, as your current techniques are in desperate need of improvement.
