Well, welcome to GR hope you have fun here.
I think, well i know you have to use some tutorials to improve the signatures you make. Tuts can be found on the forum.

 

It looks like a background with a render and some text on it, mayb try to add effects over the render, so it will get blended in some more, I can tell you're a newbie in this sig thingie, like you said so if I where you just expirement alot, see alot of tutorials on this site, and keep posting your work

i wish i had photoshop im using photoplus... a free program, gonna try to get my hands on photoshop here soon
