pen is messy, text needs work, bacground strives to be bright but turns out to be monotone

 

I don't really liek the pen tool...But all teother colors look great!Also sharpen the hood part by a wee! :tongue:

I like the artistic feel, but it needs a little depth. My main problem is not the text style, but the wording. The "World in Focus" kind of leaves me stumped, and I just wonder where you came up with that quote for this piece? Other than that, I believe it could use some work, but it still looks nice.
