There are some pretty close drawings here. None of them are totally accurate, but the first one isn't terrible.
I've seen it, it's indeed a movie you love or hate. I liked the overall movie but the ending was wack. Too bad I couldn't wait until the credits were done because I watched the movie on the internet.
You do understand that if you bothered to do the viral marketing you would have known all the pathetic little stuff you're complaining about, right? Too much concentration on the monster, too little concentration on the characters the story is portraying. It's such a horrible way to give a perception and opinion on the movie. By the way, I was thinking about Half-Life 2 also. Glad I'm not alone on that part.
I could careless about that Blue the movie still blew one way or the other. 2nd AG your doing the right thing >_<

I heard that half the movie your looking at the carama guy's feet. I know its because he is running and stuff. But I dunno. I may see it. Looks good. I bet people who like feet love it.
I'm only thinking Blue was turned on by it or something seeing how he shows SO much interest in it... Now as far as what you said Nak at times yes it is their feet you see a lot since they guy is running pointing the cam at the ground. If its not their feet your seeing then that means their actually standing still or sitting somewhere.
I didn't really even notice feet at all. I show interest in it because the story has a clear meaning of paranoia in society today. Making movies and putting it on YouTube, always wanting the people around us to remember us one way or another. It's a genuinely true interpretation of a disaster strike and people today. People wanted too much monster, even though everything about the monster was cleared up BEFORE the movie was even released and the only thing followers of the movie really needed was how the monster looked, which was shown. If you paid attention to the screen you would've noticed a lot of things being shown. The monster's face was shown very early. So many things was revealed throughout the movie if people simply paid just a bit more attention. Sometimes you people need to adapt to new styles of movie-making. You guys want too many 200+ million dollar Spielberg movies. It's repetitive and is getting incredibly horrible incredibly fast. Learn to accept a different interpretation of a story.
You sure can type a lot about a movie but sadly i saw this movie and it was boring. Its not because they didn't really show the monster crab looking thing i could care less about that. Its just even though that thing was going through wrecking up a city they just didn't make it interesting. Very few parts where kind of funny when the guy recording everything would say something random that wouldn't be expected but that was about as good as the movie got. The creators of the movie just seemed liked they wanted to get this out to quick or something cause if they wanted it to be really good they could have done more with it. The monster was slightly stupid anyways it looked like a giant mutated crab but i didn't care that they showed it to less or to much. They just didn't make it worth captureing your attention with or much of a story to it. You can say what you want about this movie or how much you liked it i could give a flip cause it was still boring at least it wasn't a smash hit thank god.
Nice to see that a lot of people agree that this movie is a total rip-off. If you ever paid attention to the movie trailers before the official release of the movie at the theaters, you'll notice that they don't show too much of the "Blair Witch" style of camera shooting. They actually make the movie look like the so called "200 million dollar" movie. They sucker you in, and dissapoint you once you get to the actual theater. Don't get me wrong.....alot of the special effects were actually very good. The monster looked really cool. Watching it destroy buildings and things of that nature, were very expertly put together. But other than (some) of the special effects, the rest of the movie was really stupid. The beginning story line was 20 minutes of a bachelor party.....or in the reality of the whole thing, was 20 minutes of explaining why some moron was going to run around with the video camera the entire time. The ending has got to be THE WORST ending I have ever encountered while wasting $20.00 at a movie theater. The rest was so-so. I can't say I hated this movie. But I definately believe that the general public has been cheated into watching something they wouldn't waste their time on......at least not until the DVD release. :lol: ^^ lolz pulse. ^^
i saw the movie last night, and it is a love or hate movie. i personally loved it, the way it was filmed was awesome, its like a fake reality movie, its so fake but so real at the same time. the ending was a little gay how it just ended, but i think we all know what happened. IF YOU HAVENT SEEN THE MOVIE YET OR ARE GONNA SEE IT AGAIN - The last scene, when theyre in the ferris wheel, its literally right before the credits (after the big explosion under the bridge), when the camera is focused on the ocean, focus on the right, youll see a splash, after looking on google i came up with this - The Japanese oil company TAGRUATO drops a satellite (Chimpanz III) into the ocean as part of viral marketing (shown at the end of the movie when Rob and Beth were on the ferris wheel). TAGRUATO works with SLUSHO (a slush company), as the main ingredient for SLUSHO is found at the satellite dropzone (deep ocean). While searching for satellite and ingredients, they woke Cloverfield (the monster). and a quote from JJ Abrams - The concept for the monster (affectionately known simply as “Clover” inhouse) is simple, says Abrams. “He’s a baby. He’s brand-new. He’s confused, disoriented and irritable.
