Thats hot, flow is nice and the colors are a good mix.
But you should add text.

 

There is text. Its half hidden by his shoulder to add depth
Look in the top left part of him its there

 

It's impossible to read, lol.

 

It was made inconspicuous for a reason.. its only really there as a watermark to show that its my work
But it also fits with the rest of the tag IMO..
Anyway, moving away from the text.. what do think about the actual tag itself?

I like it very much, although the guy could maybe use a liiiitle sharpen.

 

Second version added ^^ increased contrast, darkness and brought out the focal more.

 

Much better now, mate. Can't find any flaws anymore. :]
