OK. that's your choice. just don't go spewing nonsense and telling people to "do some research" when you, yourself, are wrong.

Even then, why should it matter whether or not the next president is black, white, pink or purple? I could care less if a Mormon or a Muslim or an Atheist or even a f*cking Satanist popped up into office, so long as they did their job right and put the country first. Even if he was a Muslim (he's not), do you think that means he'd be taking orders from some sheik in Saudi Arabia?

Michigan would have that unemployment rate even if the governor was male. The economy's in the sh*tbox right now, in case you haven't noticed. The Canadian dollar is worth more than ours right now, and I remember when it was like .88/dollar.

for the first year and a half of his candidacy before he sold out to the libs. He went from a small government conservative to a neo-con because it made him more popular. Everyone wants free stuff. I'd vote to receive free stuff too. It doesn't work optimally however.

Experience has little to do with having the necessary ideals to lead a country, or a group of people. For example, look at Arnold. No prior legal history, one of the best legal figures California has had in recent years.

That's the thing, a lot of black people who vote for him will most likely be voting just because he is the same skin color, not based on his experience and background. That's irrational and bias. It's going to be the same thing with Hillary Clinton and a lot of women. I honestly could care less anyways, since my views on policies tend to be conservative. I'm either voting for McCain or Romney during the presidential election. Whoever it is.

It can be said for every candidate.

People vote conservative because their beliefs sway that way on a personal basis. People vote conservative because their liberal friends are voting liberal and they have an on going bet, or desire to cancel their friends vote out. Some people believe older people make better decisions, others believe younger, etc. There is bias in any vote, which imo is why they do multiple votes, both popular and electoral vote, which even winning a majority of states you can still lose in electoral. Its also based on millions of votes to help lessen the amount of bias, but it won't ever be completely diminished.

Yeah, and I keep these determining factors in mind. But I don't really sway myself that much. I'm far from bias when it comes to government and politics, especially voting. I'm very opinionated and would not make any actions what-so-ever, based on the actions or statements made by someone else. I vote for politicians that are most nearest me when it comes to my views and outlooks on certain issues. For the most part, the politicians I come to favor are conservative as well. I just want a Republican back in office, especially during these times and with the issues that are upon us now. I've studied up on a few of the top Democrats and I'm not too impressed with the way they're offering themselves and what they stand for. When it comes down to it, if the next President can help stabilize the economy, by which I mean get the deficit falling instead of rising, I'll be happy, for the most part. The economy isn't going to be fixed completely during the next term, it's going to take a while. Some of the other determining factors for me are Iraq and the military budget. There are more but I'm not going to go into detail and make this a big debate thread. I'm merely just justifying myself for the previous statements I have made.

Haha, I'd back him since my views are most nearest his than they would be any Democratic candidate. From the looks of things, I don't think he'll be the nominee though. It's still possible. There is a lot of delegates left.

A life of pain without McCain. Mccain '08.

I couldn't think of anything for Romney. Well, I can put I don't want to. The McCain thing just came into my head. Like most of my genious statements.

Well what's happening in the American elections is called progress.

True, a lot of black people will vote for Obama simply because he's black but that doesn't change the fact that he's an excellent candidate for office.
