He died by an accidental overdose. He wasn't a druggie. He was actually developing into a hell of an actor. I can't wait to see his portrayal of the Joker in The Dark Knight.

He never was a druggie, quit making such an idiotic assumption.

Thing is, he got incredibly deep in his want to act out the Joker. He read books, watched movies, and deprived himself of sleep a lot of the time from the load of work to portray the role. He really wanted to do a good job, honestly. It's just his job as an actor and he was doing it. He took over-the-counter sleeping pills to keep himself awake. That being said, he must've not known how much his body could take and so he accidentally overdosed.

He made a mistake in not checking how much his body can take. A fatal mistake, honestly.

If you want to be technical up the ass, yes it is a drug. An over-the-counter drug he used in order to sleep after work on his movie roles, studying for parts, etc. etc.

He didn't personally abuse the drug, though. That's where you people get it wrong. He didn't abuse the drug, again, it was an accidental overdose. Every body is different. Some people don't know how much their body can handle unless they go to a doctor. Obviously with the amount of work he wanted to invest in his career he didn't bother to go to the doctor and check.

Or maybe he did and they gave him the wrong information. I don't know for sure. I know he had absolutely no alibi for abusing any kind of drugs whatsoever.

Just wish that people would stop being so demanding on trying to transform their opinions into fact about the situation.

    here
its an actor, so we give more of a ----?
    hundreds of people OD everyday.
    Both accidental and on purpose,
he left no note, so it could be accidental,
    or he wanted to.
no one knows that it was accidental or not,
unless you perhaps somehow were told by him.
    so stop speculating on it.

    ------.

We would except we kind of know actors, how they act, how talented they can be and people like seeing them in movies. Those people have no affect to most of our lives, that's why we don't weep for them.

More than likely, but then, you look at it too. I'm sure you can find someone more deserving of a topic which says 'I dont give a ------ you died because I dont know you'... in fact, I'll bet there are hundreds... I'm sympathetic of anyone who dies, and especially those who leave families and children behind. But, ------, I dont go making pointless topics saying 'why do I give a ------? I dont know him' etc. The only point of you doing so is to be a dick about someone dieing. So how about, instead of wasting your time posting ----ty topics like this, or finding websites for me to go check out, you go look at some about people's deaths, and perhaps you can find some sympathy before someone close to you hits the dirt.

Typo. I meant sleep instead of awake. *shrugs* My point still stands. I'll fix it up in a bit.

On another point, I'm beginning to think that for some reason that in order for someone to give condolences/mourn or whatever, it has to be a person who you:

1> Acknowledge and know the fact that they existed.
and 2> Have a set amount of respect for them as an individual or whatever they do.

I respected Heath Ledger as an actor. Love The Patriot, and when I saw 10 Things I hate About You, it was by far better than I expected. He was a good actor. Nothing wrong with that, I think he was developing into a great actor. Unexpected, definitely.

Its terrible for somebody that young to die, especially for his friends and family, BUT, heres why i don't give a ------ :

    1. He wasn't that great, he was average at best
    2. He starred in brokeback mountain
    3. Look at reason #2 again
    4. He was just an actor, no need to act like he was somebody who saved the world while giving birth to the a ginger n!gger
    5. CNN had his suicide on "breaking news", which automatically makes me hate him
    6. REASON NUMBER ------ING 2.
