Alright so i bought a TI-84 Calculator of Ebay, and it seems to be having problems i can't put apps or anything on it so i was wondering if anyone can make a backup of their calculator with TI Connect and upload and and send it to me so i can use it to restore my TI-84 Plus. Thanks in advance will give creds to anyone who does this for me!
try reseting all the memory Hit MEM (you do this by hitting the yellow 2nd key, and then hitting +). This brings up a menu. Use the down arrow key to scroll to the word RESET and hit ENTER. You are now asked if you want to reset "all memory" or just "defaults." Either one will generally work. The former is stronger, but it also clears out any games you may have downloaded. You are now asked if you really want to do this. Tell it that yes, you really do. SOURCE http://www4.ncsu.edu/unity/lockers/users/f.../papers/ti.html
Nope i tried that, i think the guy who bought it origionally accidently deleted some files needed for this to work that's why i need a complete backup Anyone with a TI-84 can do this just open TI Connect and click make a back up then upload it to rapidshare or something and i can use it to restore my calculator.
I have a TI-83 or I would but you can probably download a backup up off the texas instraments website or just google it and you should be able to find what you need! EDIT: I think this might be what you need. http://education.ti.com/educationportal/si..._os_84plus.html but that is TI-84 plus, I forgot if you had the regular or not lol, but the regular one was in about the same place I think, under downloads then Apps... you can figure it out GL!
