put a dead squirrel in a vending machine. We did that at my school, and it smelled so bad for like 2 months cause no one wanted to go near it and clean it out.
Change all the computers opening screens to one of the shock sites, I personally made my own on Geocities and changed all the home pages to that one (I had the password to the district system which allowed me to change all of them at one time on the network).
if your school has a dome like area it's probably filthy. WASH CLEAN an area that says 07. not vandalism but still visible form outerspace.
i dont need help with a prank as i graduated but you would set off the alarm leaving the school unless you plan on spending the whole night there.

We had an idea to put ink on the principals coffee mug rim and when she drank out of it hopefully would be left with a hitler mustache the day of an assembly
Try something like this. Get some friends and put your cell phones in the ceiling tiles. Then half the you keep your phones and call each other in the middle of class. make sure you set your ringtone wierd and drive your teacher insane. Get your phones afterschool.
Put milk on the roof where no one can see it, just before the summer vacation, that's going to smell so bad xD
We let half a dozen gophers (ground hogs) loose in our school. It took the janitorial staff the better part of two weeks to finally get them out. Another one that we pulled, we plugged all of the washroom sinks, filled them with lukewarm water and left a live lobster (claws had elastics on them) in each one.
