    Well, I figred I would post up my first try at vector art. I know it sucks...so dont be too mean. :P C&C please. Let me know what you think should be done for improvements.

    Well, I took a lil advice and added a few things, changed a couple...played with transparencies... Anymore suggestions or tips? I thank you all for your advice and stuff. Let me know which version looks best and if anything I changed throws it off. Thanks in advance guys.

    Love it. I assume it's two pieces with no space between it? If not, the city part of it rules. If so, the city one rules. The bottom part is cool too.

    Wow, that is absolutely beautiful O_O - I really like it. Much better then my first shot at vectors =P

    Only got one slight small teeny crit though, I feel the city reflection on the bottom is ... incomplete, to say so. Try changing the blending to Normal, lower opacity, and do a fading effect on the taller buildings (using the eraser tool at different opacities). Would come off as cooler :).

    Looks nice. Very good for your first try at vector. I like the second version out of all of them. :D

    yeah gj man, but one thing.. I wouldn't exactly call that a vector, it's more a vexel :)

    Number 2 is the coolest in my opinion. 1 is bland, and 3 seems like it's too much.

    vexel = vector'ish pixel graphics

    the difference between vector and vexel is that it is possible to stretch a picture without any loss in quality, and that is possible with vexel art since it's build on pixels :)

    I like Version 3 much better - it gives it the whole 'epicness' look :)
    In relation to the other two versions - I think this has got it. I like your shadowing options on the city render :) good choice.

    Though, the red border around the text is a little distracting, try lowering opacity/stroke size if possible - so that it draws less attention ^_^

    Thanks man...I also like version 3 the best. Not sure as to why, I just do. Something seems better about it to me than version 2.

    As for the stroke size/opacity...the size is at a 1, but I will definately work on lowering the opacity.

    Once again I thank you all for the tips/suggestions. Youve been very helpful with the outcome of my first vector. :P
