Rubiks Cube

Well I got one today for my birthday, and I looked up a video on youtube on how to solve it. It didn't help me worth a crap for many reasons.

So I want to know if there's anyone here who's really good at it that can like help me out and give me tips and tricks or whatever.

 

How long have you just messed around with it? And you probably need to start by getting one side all the same color.

neway, i bought a speed cube today also, my time actually went higher by 9 seconds, sooooooooooo lame...i might switch back to normal cube.

 

Apparently there is a quick way to do it in 5 steps. I don't remember where I saw that though...

the other method is just asian and hax, this is the skillful method, and yes i can solve them

 

5 steps can mean 50 turns >.>

 

Well it was fast whatever it was.

 

u guys can be talking about the same thing b/c the link shows a solve in 41 turns.

 

the link i posted is by the guy who holds world record for fewest moves, not fastest time, thats the one i use and i like it, but it involves more watchign your cube than the other ones, where its like u just barely glance at one corner then spam algorithms and hack thats the fast super asian method ^_^

 

I think mine was a video of an asian guy doing it. Maybe try and youtube it.

 

Unbelievable, searching on the internet how to solve a rubiks cube...

 

Unbelievable, that that piece gets still sold/used, that toy is like 50 years old :/
