look for mushrooms, lots of mushrooms.

then eat them. this will counteract the alkaline metal with its acidity and you should be fine. make sure they are growing near your house, or a sewage facility. any mushroom will do. dont cook them eat them raw. ONLY RAW WILD MUSHROOMS WILL REMEDY YOUR SITUATION. store bought mushrooms will make it worse
