hmm i think whats putting me off on both is, that it seems you used a gradient map, or a new layer with alot of green and just just it a blending option. It's changed the colour of the stock too much imo, its nice to give the tone of the stock a little change to fit the colours of the background. Also, i think scond tag could be decent if it had a stock that could fit the style better, I just dont feel the stock fits those effects.. Though i do like the second tag more, its alot more interesting than the first
