You seem to have a really cool background but you've blended it all out. The focal point has a bit of a blur itself and so does the text. I think the border may be a little out of place for this as well. On the other hand, it still has good flow and colors to it. Positioning is all nice (except for this text) and just some touch ups could make this really stand out. I like it but it just seems too blurry.
