There is a difference between not enough "effects" and not adding much. It's true I simply did not add in many effects, but please understand that it's not true that I "didn't add much." I was actually going for a simple look and it didn't come out as simple as I wanted. And, I actually want the text that way. Thank you for your suggestions though.
looks nice, and i agree, this one would look best with little effects.. though i do think, instead of having the soft brush/lens flare looking lighting at the bottom, the whole tag would have an even better feel than it already has, if the lighting was more realistic. And it even seems like, light should be coming down from the top as well, since he does have that light glare on his hair
I too dislike the soft brush light. It looks really LQ to me too. The light. Some other parts look a little LQ, but whoopie right. Good depth and nice clipping mask. ^_^
