I'm trying to learn some CSS, and I'm wondering if there is a tutorial that would guide me through the coding and positioning of a full template that anyone knew of.... Thanks in advanced for any help.

Well if you don't really care to really know the coding, you just wanna be able to code something you can always get a WYSIWYG coding program like Dreamweaver or N|vu(N|vu is free but doesn't have all of the capabilities Dreamweaver does, still a nice program though).

Some hosters provide you with a built in WYWISWYG... But I only know that x10 does..

Anyways, CSS is easy to learn. Hard to remember sometimes though. I suggest reading this part:
    http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_background.asp

    Memorize it. :]

But that is only the background. W3schools doesn't tell you how to make a template, but if you read it you'll understand it. (And actually read it, I tried learning PHP just through the examples [skipping the paragraphs explaining it] and I forgot it in an instant)
