not terrible. i take it your a beginner. from what i can tell from these, you have an understanding of composition, which is absolutely necessary to make good sigs. your colors work together and your sigs do have flow. the first piece of real advice i can give is: avoid layer styles with your text. it just looks cheesy. Second, (I can only see this in the Naruto sig) always hold shift when you're resizing. Other than that, all I can say is: learn. Do some tuts from our tutorial section and build your own style from it. These are a good foundation; now start building the house. or museum or hotel or whatever.
Yeah nice tags for a beginner. I suggest you to read some tus and to try to create more depth and effects around the render.
