Again, way too much smudging, and with poor settings. Colours are desperately monotonous and text placement needs a lot of work.
i need some sort of substance. it's not a bad tag, it's lacking color/fx due to the type of smudging that you did, you need something else to give it more depth and "Pazzaz" for a lack of a better word.
