    <div align="center">Tried to get a rain effect going....I don't think the outcome was nice...
    and how bout the slight effects around them, that make it so the rain is actually hitting them...
    is that alright, or could it too use some work?</div>


    Hopefully you guys can help me improve it...

    I like how you made it look more realistic by making the rain actually splash on them. =3

    however, I think you could have made a better focal? Darken the sides a little and all that.

    i think you should darken the sky and work on the rain a little
    but experimentation is always nice

    i think it's cool man really nice 7/10 try working on the sky.
