You could set up a sort of scavenger hunt if she would like that. But you can't make it just through the house and stuff it has to be like through town and every other riddle she gets something (dinner, a bouquet, jewelry). If I was a chick I'd like it.

 

Dress up in a Gorilla suit and wait until she is having lunch with a friend. Then in your Gorilla suit, sneak upto her and tap her on the shoulder, then hold out the banana sign saying "Prom?".
