    Hey everyone...

Do you think it's worth to buy an iPod Classic 160GB just to play videos on my TV? I mean, does the quality look good on the big TV screen? Cause I know it looks great on the iPod screen. I'm really looking for quality here.

The problem is: I have tons of DVD's and wanted to put everything together at the same place, so the iPod Classic is the only solution that came up to my mind... But I don't know if it's worth it. I could also buy an 8GB iPod Nano just to play music instead and save a lot of money... what do you guys say?

Yeah, but it only has 8GB while the Classic has 160GB... and I need a lot of space to hold everything I have on my DVD's, get it?
But I don't know if it's worth to handle everything on an iPod with a loss of quality instead of continue with all my DVD's with a good quality...

I would get the classic, since it apparently would do what you want it do. Whereas the nano would not.

I'd do it. The iPod 160 Gig sounds so worth it when you compare it to some of the other 160 GB mp3 players out there.

I currently have the Ipod 80GB Video - Non Classic, and I understand what your trying to do.

In all honesty, I know this varies from person to person, cause my friend doesn't have this problem. But I can't watch movies on my iPod, i always associate it with my music, seeing as I've got a HUGE selection. The only thing I probably watched on my ipod was the Clone Wars cartoons.

If you want to store ALL your DVD's then the CPU would be a MUCH better place, seeing as you dont have to convert all your videos into a .mp4 file just to put em on your ipod [unless you use it as a storage].

But having a 160 GB is a good investment, definitely much more worth it than the Nano, especially with what you want :)

Get a living room PC. Put all your music/movies on there.
