Aww bless I refuse to pick up heavy things for the first 3 months of my pregnancy as that is the time i can lose my baby the most. I do smoke but i have cut down alot since i found out i was pregnant, hopefully i will be able to quit altogether pretty soon Its harder to quit than some guys think I used to smoke 10 a day, i now only smoke about 4-5 a day, so ive cut it by half so far
